1. While organising her leisure time activities, every student has to bear in mind the good of other people.
  2. The quiet hours are observed between 10 PM – 6 AM.
  3. The residents are obliged to report all departures (on Saturday – Sunday or other days) to Sister Headmistress in advance (an entry on the absence list).
  4. In case of the necessity of return after 10 PM students should report it to Sister Headmistress in advance and borrow the key and key card for the front door of the building. If Sister Headmistress is absent, the key and key card should be borrowed from reception by signing up to the notebook (name and surname, time of return, a key card number).

If the Dormitory resident loses the key or card, she pays 50 PLN in order to make a new key and card.

  1. Guests can be received in the Dormitory from 9 AM to 10 PM. If it is necessary, visit can be prolonged with the consent of Sister Headmistress. On Fridays and Saturdays it is allowed to receive guests until 11 PM, however it have to be reported to Sister Headmistress.
  2. 6.It is prohibited to put guests up in the Dormitory without the knowledge and consent of Sister Headmistress and to share the code for door with third parties.
  3. Food is kept in the kitchen (fridge, cupboards, baskets). The kitchen and the dining room are places to prepare and consume meals.
  4. Students are obliged to change shoes in the Dormitory. Shoes to change have to be left in the designated place.
  5. Students take with them all their belongings and leave their rooms carefully cleaned when they depart from the Dormitory after a finished academic year. Moreover, they fill in the Departure Card and check out the room and the key personally to Sister Headmistress.
  6. It is possible to store your things in the deposit at a fee of 50 PLN during holidays. Things have to be packed in locked boxes and secured against destruction and damage.
  7. Every student is obliged to respect the Dormitory equipment.
